I’m really looking forward to new material from Kurt Vile this year. His last full length Smoke Ring For My Halo was a big hit in my household and he’s definitely one of my top picks to see at Primavera in May. It’s the kind of ambient slacker drift-rock that will perfectly backdrop a hazy sunny afternoon in Barcelona. The new album is ‘Wakin’ On A Pretty Daze’ LP arrives 8th April on Matador.
